Help us to fully train and equip 75 volunteer first responders in Barron County, Wisconsin

Each year, the Barron County (Wisconsin) 911 Center receives approximately 4,300 calls from members in our community experiencing emergencies such as car accidents, chest pain, traumatic injuries, respiratory illnesses, allergic reactions, seizures, diabetic problems, stroke symptoms, cardiac arrests, and other time-critical incidents. 

In addition to an ambulance, “first responders” are also dispatched which arrive onscene quickly (often before the ambulance) to provide medical intervention in areas such as airway management, bleeding control, respiratory support, shock treatment, cardiac resuscitation, and much more.
